What can I order?
You may order all items shown on our online catalogue. If you are interested in an item that is not found on our website please email inquiry@basspop.com and we can look into it for you.

How can I order?
You may order via our secure online ordering system or you may send your order request via email or fax us. Our Sales Department is open for phone orders 6 days a week. You may call Monday through Saturday between 9am PST and 6pm PST.

How can I pay?
You could pay with Wired Fund Transfers(T/T),L/C,West Union,MoneyGram. We also accept PayPal for samples charge.

Can I get the Price List?
Regularly we don’t send price list to new customer. Please advice the item No. you are interested in, the sales person will quote you soon.

Can I get samples for review?
It is possible to get samples if you are willing to pay for sample cost and freight. Upon reviewing your samples list and consignee information, the sales person will let you know the cost.

How about OEM products making?
If you have your own design developing, please send the drawing or samples to us. With your request, the sales person will offer you the relative information.
We could custom any colors you like for our models that you are interested in. But it requests minimum order quantity for new color. Please check with the sales person.
You have your own label for your products. We could pack it with your label.

What is the general package?
Generally we pack our products in bulk. But we also supply for the blister case and PVC bag with insert card

How to ship the goods?
By door to door for small size of fishing tackles.
By air and By sea both are available.

What is the shipping Cost?
With the information about your expected order quantity and consignee address, we could work out the cost for your reference.

How long will it take to receive my order?
In generally, the lead time is 40 days for production. You should be check with the sales person to know the actual delivery date. The shipping date depends on the place where you are.
